Nursing Care at Sanville Group Homes is available for residents with simple and progressively complex care requirements.

Every resident in one of our beautiful homes is supported by an individual care plan that serves as a guide on the level of care and support required for them to live full and happy lives.

 

These person-centred care plans are delivered by a team of highly trained registered nurses and their specialist skills, expert knowledge and compassion provide much-needed support and reassurance to the residents and their loved ones.

 

Our nursing teams are not only dedicated to meeting the medical requirements of those within our care, but also their social, spiritual and emotional needs. They embrace the balance between providing high-quality nursing care and an environment which remains homely and comforting, so that our residents and their loved ones can feel as relaxed and at ease as possible.

 

Many of our residents may have previously been cared for at home by a loved one and we understand how hard this can be, both physically and emotionally. The transition from home care to care home can also be an emotional time, but our compassionate teams will be there to comfort loved ones, reassure them and encourage them to be part of life in our care homes.
