We specialise in providing compassionate and personalised nursing, dementia, and respite care across our three lovely and functional Care Homes, which are in Armagh, Fermanagh and Tyrone.

Our Care Homes are warm and welcoming places to live and work, with over 250 talented and compassionate people working across our homes to provide the very best clinical, social, spiritual and emotional care to our 136 much-loved residents. Our care home communities are places where those in our care feel safe, secure and respected and where special moments are enjoyed every day.
