We have an action-packed December coming up across our care homes this year.
Our plan to do '12 Activities of Christmas' didn't quite work out. Our Activities & Well-being coordinators had too many wonderful ideas for festive activities; plus we had too many kind offers from those in our communities looking to come in and entertain us...so it's more like an Activity Advent with something happening most days.
From carol singing to storytelling and festive mocktail-making to our fabulous Christmas parties, there's something for everyone at The County and Hamilton Court this year and relatives and friends are of course welcome to join us!
